Welcome to Prospect Plaza

Welcome to Prospect Plaza Apartments and Office Suites.  Located just steps from the Colorado State University Campus, with quick access to shopping, dining, and recreational areas, Prospect Plaza is the perfect location! 

Prospect Plaza is serviced by Transfort Bus System, with easy access to the Around the Horn route and The Max.

Prospect Plaza Apartments are available for lease by CSU students only. We offer 164 units, including studios and one- or two-bedroom configurations. All apartments come with mini-blinds, electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, in-sink garbage disposal, tile showers with a bathtub, and free on-site parking. Upper level units include air-conditioning. Apartments may be rented as furished (including beds) or unfurnished. A large central Laundromat is located in the complex.

Prospect Plaza Office Suites are comprised of 11 individual units for businesses looking for affordable and convenient office leasing solutions.  Located just one block from the Colorado State University Campus, across from the Hilton on Prospect Rd., Prospect Plaza Office Suites provides a centralized location close to surrounding technology parks and convenient access for patrons.

Apartments – Pre-leasing begins Monday, November 8th, 2021 at 10:00am

Residents a flat monthly rate which is all inclusive (water, heat, electricity, trash, cable and Internet). Prospect Plaza does not charge installation fees. Utilities available at move in with no application fees or deposits needed. All prospective residents must complete an application and pay the application fee. A security deposit is required to rent or reserve an apartment. The deposit is refunded after the unit is vacated, less any cleaning or damage charges. PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED. All apartments are non-smoking.

TO RENT AN APARTMENT AT PROSPECT PLAZA YOU MUST BE ENROLLED AT COLORADO STATE UNIVERSITY.

Office Suites

Prospect Plaza Office Suites are affordable and convenient, located one block from the Colorado State University main campus and across from the University Park Hilton on Prospect Road. There are 11, 300 SF office suites, measuring approx. 12′ x 25′. Each office suite features paid utilities (heat, electricity, water, and sewer), state-of-the-art connectivity, and an in-suite bathroom with shower facilities. All units include on-site parking with well-lit grounds, occupant-controlled heating and air conditioning, and an on-site staff that also provides 24-hour maintenance service. Prospect Plaza is serviced by Transfort Bus System.

Lock-Outs: 8 am-3 pm (call or stop by the office), 3 pm-11 pm (call emergency number, a $75 Lock-out Fee will be assesed), after 11 pm (call a locksmith, you are responsible for charges incurred).

To reserve an apartment, each prospective resident must complete the application and pay the non-refundable application fee of $25. After the application has been approved, the full deposit must be paid to confirm the reservation.
